1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TechLumin's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

TechLumin provides lead generation and social network advertising services to businesses. Our platform uses advanced algorithms and targeting to identify and connect businesses with qualified prospects across various social media platforms.

3. Qualification Process

All potential clients must complete our qualification process before accessing our services. We reserve the right to accept or decline service requests based on our internal criteria and capacity. Not all applications will be approved.

4. Service Fees and Payment

Service fees are charged per qualified lead delivered, ranging from $40-$60 depending on the advertising channel and targeting requirements. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as specifically outlined in our quality guarantee.

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that leads delivered meet the criteria specified in your service agreement. If a lead does not meet the agreed-upon qualifications, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost or issue a refund for that specific lead.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate target audience specifications
• Responding to leads in a timely manner
• Maintaining professional communication with prospects
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

• Illegal activities or fraudulent purposes
• Spamming or unsolicited communications
• Violating social media platform terms of service
• Targeting minors or vulnerable populations

8. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy of all data collected through our services. Lead information is provided solely for legitimate business purposes and must not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and methodologies used in our platform are proprietary to TechLumin. Clients may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our systems or processes.

10. Limitation of Liability

TechLumin's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Service Availability

While we strive for continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Scheduled maintenance and technical issues may temporarily affect service delivery.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. TechLumin reserves the right to immediately terminate services for violation of these terms.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Texas.
